As a member you will get:
- Free issues of the Wollaton Historical newsletter, which reports on Society activities and features many fascinating articles of Wollaton history.
- Regular updates on the Society sent out by email.
- Free entry to WHaCS meetings, with our current programme as detailed on our Events page.
- Access to a dedicated section of this website, providing you with various free publications and an extensive archive of materials.
In addition to the benefits for yourself, by joining the Society you are:
- Helping to support the conservation of archive materials, such as historic documents, maps and drawings.
- Conserving the Wollaton Village Dovecote Museum and artefacts therein.
- Supporting our various research projects and surveys.
- Upholding the principles of the conservation area.
If you join us in the period from October to March, you will get the next membership year, which starts in April, included within your payment.

Renewal
Membership renewal is due in April each year and prompt payment is appreciated. The membership fee is £7.50 per person and this covers the period from April to March.
In an increasingly cashless society, we encourage our members to make their renewal payments electronically.
Thank you for your support of the Society, our research, our local activities, and upholding the requirements of the conservation area.
How to pay
We have 3 options for you to pay your membership:
1. By PayPal
This is our preferred method of payment and you don't even need a PayPal account.
Please use the WHaCS button below.
At the checkout, select delivery address to be the same as billing address.
(The default quantity is for a single membership, but you can amend this as necessary.)
2. By bank transfer
Perhaps consider setting up the payment as a standing order for every April.
Our banking details are shown below.
3, By cheque
If you do not use online banking, please bring a cheque along to either our March or April monthly meeting. Do not send any payment through the post.
Volunteer
The Society and the Wollaton Village Dovecote Museum rely entirely on the support of our volunteers.
Whether it be general administration, finance and publicity, organising events and exhibitions, liaising with visitors or supporting members, you will find it a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. We would love you to help!
