To celebrate the remarkable milestone of 100 years since Wollaton Hall opened to the public in 1926, a spectacular 1920s Bash was held in the Great Hall on Wednesday 8 July 2026.

The event was organised in partnership by Wollaton Historical & Conservation Society (WHaCS), Friends of Wollaton Park, and Wollaton Hall & Deer Park.

The Great Hall, a magnificent Elizabethan banqueting space with its impressive hammer-beam roof, was beautifully dressed for the occasion. Johnny Victory and the Belper Jazz Band provided excellent entertainment, while guests brought style, enthusiasm and plenty of 1920s flair.

It was a joyful way to celebrate the centenary, and a wonderful evening was enjoyed by all.
